What to put in your message
The more of this we get first time, the faster the answer comes back as a filter reference rather than a question.

How requests are handled
Corrections to a reference already published come first, because a wrong code sends someone to the wrong part. Requests to add a model come next and are researched before publication. General questions are answered after those two.
What we cannot do
We do not sell filters and cannot take orders, track deliveries or handle returns: those go to the seller you bought from. We also cannot confirm a fit from a photo with no code and no fitting position, because two housings that look alike in a picture can seal completely differently inside the fridge.
